Wine Wednesday | October 9, 2024 | EILA Wines – Wine Tasting

WWS clients and their guests are invited to join us this Wednesday for a special wine tasting. Wine maker, Peter Sturn will be pouring his inaugural vintage 2021 Eila Wines starting at 5:00pm and ending at 8:00pm.

He will be pouring one Chardonnay and three Pinots. These wines have earned ratings from 92 to 95 points. Peter’s goal is to make balanced, elegant wines, monitoring the grapes for optimal ripeness, acid retention, and complex flavors. Peter recently commented, “I’m making Pinot Noir for people who appreciate traditionally made Pinot Noirs.”
