This week’s WWS Wine Wednesday theme is Chardonnay wines. Whether your preference is oaked or unoaked, Chardonnay is known for its adaptability and is cultivated worldwide. The grape’s neutral profile allows it to reflect the characteristics of its growing region and winemaking techniques. Most notable are Chards from Burgundy, France, Napa and Sonoma in California, and here in Oregon.
